i am agnevesh kumar rao pursuing MBA agribusiness got an assignment to prepare detailed project report on milk marketing.

According to your letter u r perusing MBA Agri Business ok its fine.
While doing MBA u have to capable to collect DPR & Projects reports from respective organization directly by u only. At the first stage only u r asking to some body to send the DPR. It is not the Management qualities for a MBA student.
U will go Dairy farms and collect information what ever u want with optimum efforts.
