Is there any SEZ for Agriculture?

Hi,

Is there any schema, where goverment is ready to give say 100 acres for lease ( like SEZ for IT companies) for 99 years.

Or is there any other schema where we can approach the giverment and get 100 acres land to form an integreated FARM.
