I'm interested in doing cashew nut farming in Goa. Can someone please give me details of the economic viability of cashew nut farming? I'm thinking of doing farming in an area of 5 acres (about 2 hectares). So how much on an average can I earn in a year from nuts? Past couple of years' statistics would be very helpful too.

goa is avery suitable place for cashew cultivation i suggest u to please visit the agriculture department panaji and any local branch. they will guide u with the subsidy and value details.
