Neem trees

Dear friends,
I have about 2 acres dry land and the soil is red soil.I am planning to grow neem trees in this tract.Is it commercially viable to grow neem trees?I am planning to extend the acreageto about 5-6 acres gradually.I feel neem trees has great potential as the requirements of neem based biofertilizer is bound to increase.I request our fellow members to help me in this regard.The land is situated in Madurai district,Tamilnadu.
