migrating from traditional farming to high value farming

Dear all,

I am new to this forum and have zero experience in farming but have around 40 acres of farming land in allahabad. I would like to start a agri business through this land.Through this forum would like to understand the following
1. What kind of crops can be grown in that part of country
2. Any consultant who can help me in setting up a agri business
3. If any one has a finacially viable business plan, i am ready for a talk

Dear Kali,
I have a very good project proposal ready for implementation.The total cost of the project works out to Rs.4.5 Crores, with 75% coming through bank loan. Investment towards equity works out to Rs. 1 Crore. You can expect at least 30% return on investment per year. he entire project will be carried out at a highly professional way and in the corporate sector.
