dear bhavesh,

hi,

see grow buttton mushrooms which have thebiggest market and india is emerging as one the top producers of mushroom after china and europe.

Mushroom grow in winters ( they require temp of 14 to 28 degree celsiu8s depending upon the stage of growth.

75 % of indias production comes in winters hence the price generally fluctuate between rs 30 to rs 60 per kg ,whole sale, in summer prices can be as high as 90 to 120 rupees per Kg, as the supply is less in summers.

Small farmers produce mushroom in winters only in their low cost mud and straw grow rooms. For summers they dont produce as it requires climate controlled environment which asks for huge investment.

IN past few years, due to my research in horticulture, i have developed low cost technology to grow mushrooms in summers. I have picked a big export order for the entire year for mushrooms so sourcing wud take my major time so i wud grow it next year, but i can help u use it free of cost but you should assure me that you would sell your produce to me. As i need to a large qty i can help u grow it.. I need to come down in kutch to train you and also i can suggest you other valuable crops which you can grow in kutch as well i can combine ur produce with my orders. I wont charge anything for it, just i wud eneter an agreement saying that you would sell ur produce of the entire year to me. i am giving you my emailit is: rajneeshbattaat the rate yahoo dot com( i have written like this as these guys edit the info, if they find it) or you can call me on my hand phone nine eight nine one four seven eight seven double five it is a delhi no. but i would be available only before 2.30 p.m only as i spend my rest of myday n my lab where i dnt carry my phone.i expect to hear from you soon
