Are any preservatives used in Liquid eggs?
There are no preservatives used in liquid eggs. Liquid eggs are sterilized using a sterilization process used to sterilize milk.

  1. Tedious labour involved in breaking, beating and cleaning egg vessels are completely eliminated.
