Dried leaves of vishalata or SABAH SNAKE GRASS are available for sale. Vishalata or clinacanthus nutans is a perennial herb whose leaves have been found to be extremely useful in the treatment of cancer, diabetes, gout, hypertension and other chronic diseases. It is now being grown on a small scale by organic farmers in Assam. Upon demand these farmers can grow and supply larger quantities of leaves.
