Biodiesel in "DECLARED GOODS" list.

Hello everybody!
This year Budget will be a positive one for Biodiesel Industry.
If everything goes well, I supose the Biofuels namely Ethanol and Biodiesel are likely to be classified as DECLARED GOODS and thus there will be aTax of 4% instead of huge tax system prevailing in some states in the country.

This will enable the Biodiesel Industry in South India to compete with Diesel to some extent.
