The completion of the programme will be trailed by 3 follow-ups.
(1) First Follow-up
3 self addressed postcards will be provided to each trainee towards the end of the training programme by the training provider for receiving the information on the livelihood pursued by the trainee. The trainees may be told to send one postcard giving information regarding livelihood pursued, earning per month etc every quarter to our organization.

(2) Second Follow-up
After 6 months of the training completion, one meeting will be conducted among the trainees and their monitors (who are supposed to monitor the trainees of their group). Before this meeting, the monitors will approach the trainees and will discuss the income, loans (if any), problems, etc of trainees of their group.

(3) Third Follow-up
After 12 months of completion of the training programme, one meeting will be conducted in which all the participants will be invited to discuss their work progress and the related problems.

The main dictum is to improve or to make them attain skills and to enhance their confidence level so that the illiterate / literate or poor people under BPL can set up their own nursery etc to raise their income level with our organization’s and government support.
