I have agriculture land in Belur near Bangalore.
This land is situated at Belur near Bengaluru.It measures about 125 Acres. This land is Agri land. Presently Coconuts ,Banana ,Cabbage, Sugarcane , Papaya, Mango etc are cultivated. It has a big farm house. The climate is well suited for agriculture.This particular place has been listed by the KSTDC for their Resort as there is no facility for tourists(of Deccan Odessy) to stay at Belur.
The owner has sanctioned plans for Resort purpose with Liquor permit. A very diffrent and a very rare idea which is in my mind for this land is Agri Tourism, where agriculture and tourism can continue.
