Hi,
We are planning to sell 40 acres of land in shimsha. It is very close to the diversion we take towards the waterfalls. It is approximately 3 km from the waterfalls. We are also open to sell it as parts of 10 acres. We are quoting 5 lakhs per acre. Very fertile land. There is a canal which flows right next to the land and we have put borewells as well.
