Empty agriculture land is avilable in Tirunelveli district.per acre price is INR 100000 to 600000.more than 400 acre is avilable.if you want we can give you part.

Why do you regard 1 lac to 6 lacs an acre cheap? What grows on the land, and what is the revenue per acre per year?

hello hmp,
We are having 8 sites some is in coconut and some is in empty lands .The site is situated in main road so that the price is 6 lacs per acre.

Dear Rajesh 520,

While your explanation that land is near road thus 6 lakhs/acre can be correct guess, the question stilll remains unanswered, what can you cultivate ion the land to make a profit that justifies Rs 6 lakhs/ acre as CHEAP LAND in TN. Well if it is for the builders to make Swanky Apartment complexes to remain vacant ... then YES I DO AGREE the land price is cheap ... it should have been 60 lakhs/acre ... isn't it?
