Dear Sir,
We have land measuring 10 Acres 6 Kanals 11 Marlas in Machhiwara, Distt. Ludhiana, Punjab.
Presently, it is being given on lease to the farmers for cultivation of wheat & paddy.
Can we do some kind of plantation, which can give us recurring income year after year, without any need to give the land to somebody for cropping?
Can we do medicinal plantation?
Are there are any companies, who can accept our land on leasehold basis for a couple of years, plant medicinal plants at their cost, give some lease rent to us and after the agreed period, return our land to us, while the plants grown by them, may continue to give fruit to us for many many years?
