i would like to meet like minded business partner to set up wine factory in states like assam, tripura, meghalaya where raw materials like lemon, ginger, pineapple, orange are available in plenty and we have grown these products in nearly 200 hectares.

can any one partner with me in setting up such factory on profit sharing scheme?

investment part is 50% sharing between us. This is mainly for setting up the wineries, processing, packaging and staffs. You need not worry for the raw materials since we have already keep in stock for the producing steps.
