Sir, I propose to you, in your land or Private owner's land, there I cultivation herb in my cost and I pay to you or owner
Rs. 500/- per acre per yr. with 3 yrs. agreement & want to make a cottage. When U get offer to sale, I left within 30 days with all herbs & cottage without give any cost.
