About the meetings

  • We always try to start meetings on time.
  • When the meeting starts, the screencast will automatically appear on the above screen.
  • If the video is not clear, please fresh this page a few times and also check your internet connection
  • We connect with the speakers remotely located (often in small towns) or on their mobiles, so there will be internet difficulties, and the meeting may get interrupted in the middle.
  • Please remain patient while we try to reconnect with the speaker again. If we cannot connect, we will post a message on the meeting screen or make an announcement. Usually, any talk that is interrupted will get rescheduled for another day.
  • The speaker will give his talk for about 30 minutes. After this, there will be followed by a question and answer session.
  • Use the chat box next to the screen to ask questions actively. The moderator will try and read out as many questions as possible.
