Who are the buyers of milk?

Hello,
Am interested for dairy form.....
I want to start 40 buffalo's so my question is, who are the buyers of my milk
Please tell me how many ways are there to supply the milk

Hello Sir

Conduct a through study of the immediate market where you are planning to market your milk .
You can mix milk from both type of animals and sold as per need of the market.
Hotels and some general customers (can be around 30%) prefer pure buffalo milk.
You can also enquire National level organizations like: National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), NDDB for milk processing details.
Magazines and websites on Dairy Industry also will help u to find the nearest buyers.
