Looking to buy agriculture lands between 10 -25 acres within 150 - 200 Kms of Chennai.

The land must have good soil for agriculture and water (well) and free electricity.
The land can be plain land or semi developed.

Hi Raja,

Actually we are also looking for a land in Nellore district(A.P). Which is just beside to chennai.

We are going to see the land this weekend(25 Acres) which is just 160 kms from chennai.

Land is fertile land and having good water facility. River is just 5 to 6 Kms distance from Land.

If you are interested we can join and buy that land as per the investments contributed.

We need around 10 acres. if you want u can take the remaining 15 acres land.( They are saying each acre around 2 lakhs).

Need to discuss with them regarding price to finalize if interested..
