I am Chandrashekar from Bangalore. I am looking for 5-8 Acres of Agricultural Land for lease near Tumkur for 8 years term for starting a Dairy Farm. Since am not eligible to purchase the agricultural land in Karnataka, i want the land on Lease basis. The payment terms can be on Half yearly or yearly basis. The land should have the water resource/facility & good access to the road. Interested land owners can contact me with the details

I am not eligible to purchase agri land because i don't belong to Agricultural family nor my parents, which is must in Karnataka. That why we dont have the document called as "Phani".
