can anyone make it clear to me that person from outside rajasthan can buy agriculture land in rajasthan or not.

i had received info from few people that only rajasthan domicile can buy agriculture land there.

if outsider can buy farm land in rajsthan than please provide me link

Rajasthanis can buy land or you may have to contact the agriculture department for details about outsiders buying land.

Rule of Land Buying

Answer : Men you can buy land in Rajasthan but there are two type of land one is open or second not open land outside rajasthan people can buy all non open land.. or still if you want to buy land of rajasthan which is not open than you need to make a company and that time you need one director of rajasthan. (But that time you are basically bound.. so prefer to buy land of open registry.
