I have a 2000 sq. ft. building with three floors in Kolkata. I want to start a mushroom growing business (all indoors with environment controlled). I have narrowed down to button ,oyster and reishi mushroom. I want to know how I can use this space for all year round production with starting low investment with any of these mushrooms.
