Question Need guidance for short term crops for approx 5 years

I have a agriculture land of 8 acres and as on highway and very near to town ( mudigere , chickmagalur ) limits and higher chances of being commercial and residential conversion after few years . thus looking at short term crops for approx 5 years . below are the details:-

location :- mudigere , chickmagalur
area :- 8 acres
land :- best soil with light sloppy thus no water logging
rainfall :- 50 to 100 inches ( 1250 to 2500 mm )
note:- 1 large tree in approx 20 feet
available :- pond @ 70*70*12feet depth with water never ending
fully fenced with gates on 2 sides with road touch from all side

searching for crops with high yield from approx 3 months to 5 years with out any high investment and less employees ( labour cost high ) .
looking for buy back ,contract farming , best ROI
