Mushroom farm for sale with 4.15 acres land near Sakleshpur. Karnataka.. There are 12 growing rooms (20 tons / room compost capacity). Farm is located at Malnad region which is a very friendly and suitable climate for mushroom cultivation (temperature is around 16 to 25 degree). Growing rooms are constructed with hollow blocks and the roof with double layer insulation rock wool and polyurethane puff to control temperature.
Cooling system – Water cooled ammonia chiller with KC3 and KC4 compressors and also backup with 2 units of air conditioners with 2 tons capacity in each room.
One 32 kva generator.
Borewell water 2” throughout the year
Presently, Farm is closed due to Covid 19. Production can be restarted immediately.
Average yield 22 tons of mushroom per month. 22,000 x Rs 150 / kg = Rs.33,00,000
33 Lacs turnover with minimum 8 to 10 lacs profit per month which is totally tax free under rule 138(14).
