We have Mango farm. I am planning to dry Mango since currently Mango prices are low. I wanted to start small (20 - 50 KG) and based on experience I wanted to extend.
1) I am looking for Solar dryer. Is it better to have Solar Dryer with electricity heater ? electricity option will be used only if sunlight is not there? advise me on this option
2) Can you suggest few of the manufactures who are affordable to farmers.
3) Are there any DIY project with detail instructions to make Solar Dryers?
4) Do you know who can take dried mango flakes ?
