I m planning to lease my dairy farm located in kuppam, 100 kms ( 2Hours ) from Electronicity. 3 acres Land. Fully cultivated with 25 cow sheds and necessary equipment.
I am expecting lease around Rs 22000/- per month. 4lakhs advance

a. Shed is constructed with metal pipes & cooling sheet,
