we have one acre land 30 kms from chennai on chennai - thirupathi route via periyapalayam.
the land is located at a very fast developing region because of its proximity to chennai city.
it is ideal for Small scale industry,warehouses,industry,diary farm,farm house etc;
This region is also identified as one of the most backward by T.N.govt so there is scope for TAX benefits.
