I am looking for land on lease basis for 5 years or 10 years for agriculture purpose. I am ready to have agreement for 5 years or 10 years and pay lease amount annually at beginning of the year.

Preferred locations are Bangalore Rural, Ramangara, Tumkur, Kolar or 150km's from Bangalore. With borewell and compounded land is added advantage.
