I have read that grafting is done in plants of brinjal,chilli,cucumber,melon,tomato,watermelon etc in order to reduce cost of pesticides and other reasons. I wish to know whether grafting is practiced in India with respect to vegetables cultivation and if yes,then what types of rootstocks are used.
