Extending shelf life of parathas

Hi

I am looking for some help in extending the shelf life of Parathas (Kerala Parathas) We are getting maximum 3 days now, which I want to extend to a week at least without freezing. Can anyone help ?

Hi

Without frezing you can only expect a shelf life of 3 to 4 days. Freezing is the best method without use of preservatives.


YOU can contact the food and nutrition department, may be they may have anothjer idea.
