Following are the details of the 220 acres,
This is a free hold 220 acres of real estate land (hilly area), ideal for resorts or building villas.
Area: 220 Acres & 49 cents
Location : Coimbatore - Dindigul highway
Elevation: 3400ft above sea level
Rainfall: 45" to 50" per annum
Value of Trees: 6Cr (as per the valuation done in 2002)
