chicken layer farming

Hi to all readers, I am planning to start layer farming with 2000 bird, i have decided that i will go with the cage for chicks, growers, and layers. But i am not able to decide with the breed, should i go with white longhorn or backyard chicken like vanraja or any other type you suggest...
