Procurement
The company procures the fruits and vegetables directly from field as well as from APMC market. The company has its own agricultural land and orchard for growing the fruits and vegetables.

The company also relies on our vendors to cater to client requirement. “We maintain a base of numerous vendors that hails primarily from the region of Maharashtra. Our vendors are some of the best cultivators that make use of best quality manures and technically advanced methods and use hygienically processing methods.”
Speaking about the specialty of the products, Mr. Salunke says, “Quality, continuity and price are the three major issues that make our product superior to the others in the industry.”

When asked if all the products are organically grown, Mr. Salunke says, “For a few markets, we do grow the products organically, especially where we get good price and also according to the country like UK where they need only organically grown products, free of pesticide and residue products. For Gulf countries there is no need to grow organic plants.”

Shelf Life of Products
The shelf life depends on the products – processed foods like frozen ones have a lifespan of 2 years while fresh vegetables last for only 1 week. “Fruits will have lifespan of 12 days at the maximum. Also if you maintain the temperature then fresh fruits and vegetables can also last for 20 days,” says Mr. Salunke.

Warehousing & Packaging
The company has a packaging unit, which has output of 1 ton per day. The warehouse is spread over an area of about 2000 sq ft. “Our spacious warehouse facility is capable of storing large variety of fruits and vegetables. This storage house is provided with temperature control machines that keeps various vegetables and fruits in proper conditions and prevents them from decaying.

Since vegetables and fruits easily get degraded, so we provide prime importance while packaging them. Our specialized packaging methods ensure safe delivery of our range to the clients-end. We use corrugated boxes, cartoons and sheets for packaging. Further, customized packing is also provided as per the requirements of our clients,” maintains Mr. Salunke.
