We are interested in purchasing around 200 acres of agriculture land in Theni district (Tamil Nadu), as per the details below:

- With fertile red soil
- Undeveloped land, for developing and setting up an organic horticultural farm
- With clear title, preferably from a single party
- Assured abundant water availability, either through open wells or with bore wells. Closeness to any of the dams is preferred.
- Road frontage (or closeness to main roads) is not required. However, clear road access (for vehicles) to the property is a must.
- Access to electricity
- Price: around Rs 30,000/- per acre

1. Fertile red soil
2. Assured availability of abundant water (either through open wells or bore wells)
3. Access to electricity connection
4. Road frontage or closeness to main roads is not necessary. However, we need clear road access (vehicle access to the property)
5. Clear titles.
