This is an invitation to all DREAMERS

I, H.S.Ramananda. am an Agriculturist by birth and consultant by profession, residing in city Bangalore.

I have developed an imagination,
conceived an idea,
rearing a dream about community or group farming for long time,
which is integration of the followings

Wind power generation,
Bio fuel power generation,
Solar power for the day to day utility,
Cultivation of basic crops,
Cultivation of commercial crops,
Processing and Value addition related Industry,
Export marketing to get the advantage of revenue,
Resort type facility for members and commercial advantage,
And many more Agriculture Related Activities.
And many more Agro Based Industries.

To brief with,

We , Group of leaders, will need form an association, mobilize the fund, buy the land and implement .

How do we intended to work

It is like Co operative society

Each member will have to invest in the form of share,
Minimum can be one and maximum can be rest of the available,
We will have board of managing committee, elected or unanimously,
Land will be purchased in the name of association,
Members will meet every month to decide the future course of activities, as well as to inspect the development,

Why group farming

Though every one may have the dream to own the land, cultivate and enjoy the same. But may not be possible, because of
their involvement in other profession,
or the lack of investment,
or lack of time,
or lack of knowledge
or even the will power to handle the demands of farming activities ( So many cite the reason, of man power management or agree that, it is impossible for them to manage the work force)

How can we address these dis-Advantages

Again, it is like in co operative,

EXCHANGE: GIVE AND TAKE, RESPECT AND RESPECTED,

EXCHANGE is a facility, which will convert every bad into good.
EXCHANGE is a medicine, which will bring wellness to all diseased.
EXCHANGE is an assurance that, an elder say "I am Behind you".
EXCHANGE is an comfort that a younger can provide to elders.
EXCHANGE is an efficiency, which can delete all deficiency.
EXCHANGE is an convenience, that facilitates us live in peace and harmony.
EXCHANGE is symbol of good life, strength and versatility.

Being a society, our resources like, finance,knowledge,management will get exchanged for mutual benefit


Advantages of Group farming V/S common farming

As, the whole activities are managed by passionate professionals, there will not be any reason to failure, except of natural calamities.
But that is part and parcel of life. wish good luck and work towards the goal.
"GOAL" that is Good Opportunity for All to peaceful Living, that is
"Satisfaction" that is
"Proud of being" and that is also
"Ultimate".

Workers management

It is unfortunate that most of the farm workers are forced to migrate to towns and city, in search of bread (forget butter), since agriculture or farming do not provide them employment throughout the year. the wages what they get is meager and not sufficient to lead descent life.

We can employ them throughout the year , since we can also engage them in other Agriculture related or oriented activities.

Marketing

Most of the individual farmers are not benefited, even if there is good demand and price, because of unorganized and lack of storing facility.

We will be in the position to bargain for more,because of the Quality and the Quantity we produce,
We will also have the choice of time to sell our produce, because of the storing capacity.

Processing

Common farms will have to sell their produce at market price as raw commodity.

We can process and make it reach the end user (There is very good scope of financial gain in food processing industry )


Benefits of group farming for the investor

It will be care free ownership.

Constrains of manpower and time keeping is almost nil.

Lack of Finance and knowledge is eliminated.

Sure and continues income/ dividend.

Satisfaction, joy, happiness ( only you can imagine the true value ).


MY proposal is to buy some of about 1000 acres of Agriculture land and integrate the allied business activities. Where in it will consist of ,

01. Cultivation of Long term crops like all fruit bearing trees

02. Cultivation of short term crops like Vegetables and pulses

03. Cultivation of Medicinal value plants

04. Cultivation of fire wood trees for bio fuel

05. Milk dairy farm with cows and buffaloes

06. Honey bee rearing

07. Installation of solar power units for irrigation and lighting to some extent

08. Installation of wind energy mills for commercial gain

09. Food processing Industries, for value addition

10. Oil extraction industry, for value addition

11 Medicinal oil extraction unit, for value addition

12. Flour mill, Rice mill, sugar mill, for value addition

13. Cold and ordinary storage facility, to enhance the shelf life

14. Production of fertilizers and pesticides,(Only organic)within the premises

15. Flori culture in poly house

16. Tissue culture plant for own use and commercial

17. Resort like park for, members and commercial

18. Cleaning and packing industry, for value addition


These planning and facilities will enables us to be self sufficient in food production, for every member's domestic need, utility and consumption.
All we need to buy, may be salt. I mean it, ONLY SALT.

My role

I do have sufficient knowledge, experience in cultivating, and capabilities to manage the above said group of activities, along with team of masters
