Consultancy required

I am planning to cultivate Lettuce and colour capsicum Hydroponically in green house in Tamilnadu. I am looking for an independant consultant who has practical experience in the field and who can take responsibility on a long term basis.(The consultant should not stop with giving advises but should be able to get things done) He should have thorough knowledge of different types of green houses, the sources to supply equipments, hydroponic techniques, post harvest technology, export worthy packing and good exposure to marketing the product etc.
