Land riverside or forestside

Iam looking for 2 types of land
1) Barren cheap land with water source along the forest side for growing trees and simple farming.

2) Also looking for 5 to 10 acres of land with rich water suorces, particularly on the banks of river.

preferred location Karnataka between Bangalore and Mysore or tamil nadu between Bangalore and Hosur.
No matter howfar away from the main roads but should have road acess.Jeep access is a must.

Cheaper the land more of it wanted.
