I am looking for immediate purchase of cheap lush green land with mature trees, varying terrain, wild animals, yet suitable vegetables, animal husbandry etc with a stream or river as well as jeep access. I prefer Kerala, but will consider other states close to Kerala or close to Bangalore. An existing home or building will be ideal not necessary. You can contact me . I will be in India this month scouting for income generating farm land or jungle resort type properties. Only genuine parties with proper documentation ma contact. Dont waste my time, if you are not a decision maker of the property you are representing or your opportunity cannot generate positive cash flow after servicing debt. I am not interested in land for appreciation of value of the land, alone.

i own a property in ooty which is ideal for your purpose.
