Default Tiles

Sir,
The name of the company is SIPHOREX.
Another company manufactures bricks in Kerala which reflect heat & the temperature inside the house is 4 degrees less than outside. I dont have the name of the company but I can find out their agent in Mumbai. Please send me a private message. These bricks are 3 times more expensive than normal bricks.
Alternately you can use heat reflecting paint or chemicals & these are very cheap.

Default Appreciated buddies, SRRKAPOOR & SANJEEV

Thank you for your efforts, actually i was thinking to use this bricks to construct the shed for the buffeloes of my near-future dairy farm so that it helps to maintain the temperature of the buffeloes ,and so that the temperature does not bother these milking animals ,and hence the animal can give more milk, and at the same time i can save some electricity ,which i will be using fans to cool down the animals.
BUT any way it was very kind of u`ll.

plz do guide me ,if there is some cheaper technology like u said, the paint or may be something else ,which you`ll or some other members can shade some lights onn.
thanks ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,tc

Try bamboo composite roofs with special ventilation design and low sides.
It will keep the place cool and bricks cant be used anywhere in sheds

Default Cost effective technology from IISc for brick making

Hi there..

If you are interested in low cost brick making, you can try the technology of IISc. You can make your own bricks with the machine that these guys have invented. It costs 30K but it will last you life time and it is simple to make. I have used it for my poultry sheds in Bangalore. Also since there is no baking of the bricks, it keeps the rooms pretty cool as some moisture content is always there in these bricks. Would recommend you look into this.

Regards
