Are you joking, how can you get a land for 40k per Arce in Pune when the price is 3000 per Sq Ft. in about 40km around pune.

Hii Hemant,

Its right that land near pune is very costly
But my company ( Expat Properties ) has around 700 acres of land in Mahad at Rs. 3.65 lakhs per acre. that too on 5 year installment basis. The area has great prospect and we too have our own development plans.
