We have just bought 100+ acres of very good quality land for below Rs 50,000 per acre. Yes we bought in 2008 and not your 1950s. We are confident that we will buy further land within our budget.

I am concerned with your comments and you claim you are a consultant advising others. I also bought agri land for below 50000/acre in tamilnadu and in 2008. When you make claims that nowhere in tamilnadu you can buy land for below 50000/acre, you worry me.
I will not be using you as my consultant and would be surprised if anyone wants to use you as a consultant when you are so out of touch with the market!!
