a land with an extent of 35 acres do not mean anything.
lakhs of hectors of land in india are available.
It is important to have the basic amenities and resources.
water, ph of land, climate, annual rain fall, cost of labour, their dedication, and after all the project.
the project can be decided only after knowing all these.
I have a project in my mind to promote trees and flowers with likeminded persons.
I have ten years experience in this field.
i can arrange planting materials of anthuriums, orchids,heliconias, gerberas, and medicinal plants

I have land in vidharbha,I have 24 hours water,climate is 41 degree centigrate in summer,In winter it goes up to 16 degree centigrate,
PH of land is7.5,Annual rain fall is start in mid of the june and end on octomber mid.cost of labour is 100 Rs/ day and women labour is around 60 Rs/day.If you are realy intrested.you can write me.I will send you same details on your mail also.
