If it is available it must be Assigned lands,Pls take care..........

I think cheap registered lands starting from 35k, that also some parts of districts like Anantapur,Cuddapah,Ongole,Nellore & some parts of Telangana. I think these lands with the price band of 35k to 60k is worth to purchase right now, bcz in A.P many water projects are going on, prices are expected to become high in those areas.
