If you are having 15 acres land near Mysore hold on to it unless you do not enjoy agri land/green life. Land near Bangalore are very costly and going to mandya Maddur do not make any sense or difference. Mysore is a better place than Bangalore in many respects. Best way is to travel by a car on Hossur road upto Dharmapuri and in between stop near selected villages , enquire with local farmers to get quick and reliable results.If you have short listed lands you can contact me for technical selection and further project development.
