I am looking out for buying a 2-5 acre land onthe outskirts of Kodaikanal, Pollachi, ooty, thekkedy.mainly high altitude area. Want to do farming and build a holiday home. BUdget around Rs 30 to 40k per acre.

This is sheriff from ooty.seeing your mail i understand that you are willing to pay around 3 crore for the land.I have about 31 acres of land in ooty in that budget.The details are as follows..

Area - 31 acres
Tea plants in 1.5 acres.
Rest land free.The owner had been cultivating exotic vegetables using poly green house.Now its free as they have decided to sell it of.
Wells - 2 nos
Bore well - 2 nos (1 hp and 3 hp)
labor quarters - 4 nos
Other house - 1 nos with 6 rooms
Pipes - 2km in length
metal road - 1.5 km through the land
Electric fence - 7 feet high running through out the boundary,2 units.
Expected price - 3 crores
