Need around a hill station to build a house and some vegetable farming

I am pretty interested in gathering some information about owning some land with small scale farming capabilities in some hill station in India. I have really not decided on a specific place where I would like to have this land or property to be but I believe this is where your expertise and experience could help me. To tell you a little bit about my background, I am a resident of Dallas, TX and have been here since the past 7 years. I am planning to come back and settle down in India with my wife and two children. I need to find a property or piece of land which is has access to some schools and hospitals. I am not looking for something very exorbitant, just something very modest. The property does not have to be on a prime hill station or major tourist spot. About 20 cents of land would be ideal.
Please let me know if you have any properties or land available for purchase aounr any hill station and I will designate someone in India to follow up with you.

The Nilgiris or Popualry Queen of Hills, is one of the finest Hill station to settle down after retirement. There are many agents / real estate dealer who can offer u a better price.

Agri. land ranges from Rs 8 lahks to 15 lahks per acre. House sites ranges from 1 lahks to 2 lahks per cent.

we have lot of land in tamil nadu agriculture land with good returns on it lot of forigen and corporate firms are our buyers we are not property brokers these lands are ownd by our know people, and rate rates are dirt cheap starting from 55,000/- to 1,00,000/- rs per acer

i have 4,35,000 sq ft land it is very suitable for you. in heritage area, PAVAGADH area, Gujarat. . it is very peaceful area . very suitable for agriculture or hotel or investment purpose. it is 25 rs per sq ft. road tuch land. contact
