Need around a hill station to build a house and some vegetable farming

Dear Sir, i did M.Sc and Ph.D in Horticulure and having a experience of around 23 years in the field of horticulture. i also had been to Israel on scholarship to learn the irrigation and fertigation in green houses. i am based in Mumbai and the hill stations are Lonavala and Mahabaleshwar. both the places are good for growing fruits and vegetables.
