Hi Forum members,

I doing some research on bio-mass production and I am keen on knowing what is the best method to grow algae faster and of good quality.

Specially I am interested in knowing how a healthy algae can be grown in open ponds, open wells etc.

Dear Sir,
Central Institute of Fisheries, Versova, Andheri (W), Mumbai conducts training every year in the fields of fish breeding, culture & fish food production, Algae culture is part of this training. You can also get the culture media of the specific variety of algae you want to grow. Algae culture is normally done in waste water as it is rich in nutrients required for algae culture.
