Wanted dry Land 10 acres

Hi,

I am looking out for some dry land around 10 acres. At a cost of not more than 50,000 per acre. The land be preferably in the Vikramgad, Dhanu or Jawahar Taluka of Thane district. I would welcome other areas too but need to be withing 250 Km of Mumbai.

Please reply as early as possible since I want to buy before this monsoon.
