Wanted 10 acres 60 km from Bangalore

Looking for about 10 acres of decent agricultural land 60 km from Bangalore. Budget is about 1 lac per acre.

Can somebody suggest pinpointed areas where I will be able to meet BOTH my distance and price targets ?

While my preferences lie in the South-West direction from Bangalore, let that not stop any suggestions in other directions too.

The price range you are looking for is way too low considering the distance you are talking about from Bangalore.

Depending upon the area, the land prices within 60 kms from Bangalore are anything between 10 and 200 lakhs.

Of course if you go down into Tamil Nadu you may get lands at the prices mentioned by you but not in Karnataka.

In maddur, malavalli you can get land at 3-4 lacs an acre you can try for lease at Rs 10000/- per acre per year. Some of my clients finalised like this near maddur and are cultivating under my guidance in 10 acres. thanks to this website.If you can finalise anything you can contact me for cultivation advice and buyback.

on the contrary you start in a big way say 200 acres in north karnataka at lower rentals of Rs 5000/- per acre.If you are interested let me know
